The present owner of H & R Block in Alberton Connie Wedge remembers the days when all tax returns were done by pen and paper.
“It was very exciting every time something new came out. We started before there was such a thing as high speed internet. So that was a big thing,” she said.
Taking over the business in 2000, Ms Wedge has worked at H & R Block nearly from the beginning when the office was first opened by Peter Jendrick in 1986.
