Cascumpec Bay Oyster Co. are the producers of Cascumpec Bay brand oysters which are grown in the clean, cool waters of Cascumpec Bay and Foxley River located in Prince Edward Island, Canada. They are growers and processors and even export the Prince Edward Island Oysters. They currently have 6 workers and have been open since 2012.
