Hosting a Networking Mixer provides an opportunity for members to spotlight their business and to make connections with other business owners. Chamber Members, and non-members, can host these events where the event furthers the ideals of promoting business in the West Prince area. Hosting a Mixer
The Chamber will:
- Place your business logo on e-invitations distributed to over 170 Members Companies (Over 800 contact business representatives)
- Promote event on the Chamber’s website.
- Promote event via email, Facebook, tweets, e-newsletter to encourage attendance
- Give host the opportunity to welcome those in attendance, to talk about their product and service, and introduce members of their staff
- Provide registration assistance
- Provide host with business cards collected for follow-up.
The Host will:
- Provide location- a list can be provided closer to date
- Provide refreshments/finger foods – must be catered by host or a Chamber Member if possible
- Provide the Chamber with your business logo and a short write up for the invite
- Meet and greet guests/members
- Address the attendees – people put a face to a name (Optional)
- Introduce key people from your business or establishment
- Send invitations to key/existing clients or prospects by inviting them to drop by. Anyone can attend at the Chamber Mixer, members and non-members alike
- Providing door prizes can be fun, interactive and memorable (Optional)
